Trinity Ritchie Meadows recently joined Trinity Capital Management as an Administrative Assistant. She will be the first smiling face you see when you enter our front lobby area. Trinity will assist TCM Clientele with scheduling appointments, emailing documents, and making sure your account information remains current and much more.
Originally an international student from South Africa who came to the United States to attend Christian Brothers University as a Track & Field athlete competing in the Heptathlon & Pentathlon, Trinity graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. During her time at CBU, she was a proud member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, served as a peer mentor, and was honored as Intern of the Year.
Throughout her studies, Trinity gained diverse professional experience through multiple internships with Ducks Unlimited, working across various departments - such as HR, Project Management, Direct Marketing and Event Management - to build a solid foundation in business operations and organizational management.
Before joining Trinity Capital Management LLC, she worked as a Project Engineer, where she honed her skills in process management, efficiency, and cross-team collaboration. She now looks forward to bringing that same level of organization and innovation to her new role, with a passion for helping Trinity Capital reach newfound levels of success.
Outside of work, Trinity enjoys spending time outdoors with her newlywed husband - Alex Meadows, often supporting his drag racing hobby or serving in their community. Together, they volunteer with Rossville Christian Academy’s baseball team and love sharing their faith through ministry and spending time with their loved ones.
